A fatality Crash in Cass County took the life of Shawn Espey, 21 of Louisburg Kansas on Monday, October 25th at 3:35pm the Missouri Highway Patrol responded to a two-car accident on Missouri 2 highway just west of Groh Road.
The accident occurred when a 2016 Ford F-150 driven by Shawn Espey, 21 of Louisburg was headed westbound and attempted to overtake an unknown vehicle and was struck by a 2013 Volvo semi-truck driven by
Matthew Harris 34 of Harrisonville Missouri.
Shawn Espey was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to Frontier Forensics.
