COMMUNITY is the backbone of Honey & Wine’s enchanting lyrics and sound. Rick Kuenzler and Connie Whitlock are Honey & Wine. Rick is a DJ on 92.1 KMOE, a local country radio station in Butler, Missouri, while Connie is the Owner/Editor of her hometown newspaper, The Pleasant Hill Times. They formed Honey & Wine in 2017, years after they met and became friends at a songwriting seminar in 2011. They chose the name Honey & Wine because honey is natural, sweet, and timeless, while wine has numerous benefits for good health. These are also the characteristics and spiritual qualities that mark Honey & Wine music.

Dreams in a Graveyard, was produced and engineered by Larry Gann of Awestruck Studios in Independence, MO, who has produced noted artists such as Elton John, The Backstreet Boys, and The Ozark Mountain Daredevils. Some of music’s best studio players are also part of this production, featuring Lester Estelle, Jr. on drums, Kevin Rogers on guitar, Alex Cordero on keyboards, Daron Tapscott on fiddle, and Craig Kew on Bass guitar.  And this is just the beginning!  Honey & Wine will be releasing their second single titled, Walkin’ Out the Door, in late October, followed by a full EP with 3 more titles, Twin FlamesWhatever Happened To Your Love, and My Pleasant Hill, by the end of November.  Specific dates for those titles will be announced later on Honey & Wine’s website and social media pages. Until then…
