The Harrisonville community is invited to participate in the annual Catch the Spirit 5K Walk/Run on Saturday, September 16. The event will benefit the Harrisonville Public School Foundation and the Christina Collins Memorial scholarship.
The event will feature a 5K which begins and ends at Harrisonville High School. Registration for the 5K is $20 and the pre-registration deadline is September 1. However, participants may register up to the day of the race for an additional $5 per person. All pre-registrants will receive a race t-shirt.
Sponsorships for the Catch the Spirit 5K Walk/Run are available. Sponsorship levels begin at $100 for a White Sponsor, Royal Blue Sponsorships are $500 and True Wildcat Sponsorships are $1,000.
Medals will be awarded the top male and female finishers, as well as the top male and female runners in four age categories.

Race-day registration begins at 7:15 a.m. The 5K begins at 8 a.m.
