The Community Center (HCC) will be closed until May 3, due to the State of Missouri’s COVID-19 Stay at Home Missouri Order.”
HCC staff wants to reassure you that you will not pay for memberships you don’t have the opportunity to use, regardless of the length of the closure.
The auto-debit initiated on March 20th for the month of March has been reversed, and you will not be charged for your March membership. It is anticipated you will see the funds returned back into your account as soon as possible. HCC will continue to adjust future membership auto-debits for as long as the closure is in place.
For all Paid in Full Memberships (30Day, 90Day, 1Year), your membership expiration date will automatically be extended by the total number of days the facilities remain closed.
