Ellis Tuter, age 43, of 1015 SE 101 Road or 1019 SE 101 Road, Deepwater is wanted on a Henry County warrant for Domestic Assault and is a NON-COMPLIANT Sex Offender in Henry County.
Tuter avoided arrest after he fled from the Clinton Police and Henry County deputies earlier Monday morning, November 25, 2019. The vehicle he was driving was located on SE 1020 Private Road just off of Hwy Z and a short distance from the addresses listed above. If you see Ellis Tuter, call 911….he needs to be off the streets!
