(Lamar, Mo) – Barton County Sheriff Mitchell Shaw says his department is investigating human remains that found last week in a wooded area northeast of Milford in Barton County.
Sheriff Shaw says people who were out hunting for mushrooms and arrowheads stumbled onto the remains and contacted authorities.
The Investigation is ongoing at this time and the Missouri State Highway Patrol is assisting in this investigation.
