Qualifications: Bates County Memorial Hospital is seeking Chief Executive Officer for DNV GL accredited 60-bed acute care hospital with four rural health clinics and a thriving outpatient specialty clinic located 60 miles south of Kansas City in Butler, MO. The successful candidate must have previous senior leadership experience with ten to fifteen years’ experience and/or background in health care required, with three to five years’ experience as a CEO preferred. A Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration or a health care related field is required. The candidate must show strong dedication to authentic leadership, exceptional customer service and strategic planning and implementation. Strong knowledge and understanding of state and federal regulatory requirements. Must lead with integrity, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with the board, staff, physicians and public to achieve high patient satisfaction. Must be an active participant in the community, and willing to relocate to Bates County.
