On Saturday February 17th Lily’s House had their first big fundraiser. It was Lily’s Luau; the event was held at the Adrian Optimist building and was a huge success.
Statement received from Executive Director Sara Vick;
On behalf of the volunteers and board members of Lily’s House, Thank you! Those two words seem so minimal to express our gratitude for all the support and helping hands it took to make the Luau for Lily’s House a success. Thank you for all those that donated food, auction items, many hours of planning and prep and to all of you who attended and generously gave money to the cause. The support that the community has shown for Lily’s House has been incredible. Well over $10,000 was raised at the Luau along with a donation from Patricia Pike to cover our security system.
