The annual Fall Festival at Living Water Ranch, Osceola, is scheduled for October 3 from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm. The festival is free to attend. A full concession stand will be available, no outside food or drinks, please. Activities will include zipline, archery, Forgers for Christ forging station, Wild Edible samples (cricket cookies anyone???), giant slide, petting zoo, pony rides, hayride, BB guns with the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Deputies, and other activities. Come enjoy a beautiful day outdoors!! Address of the festival is Living Waters Ranch, 4520 SE 450 Road, Osceola, Missouri. Living Waters Ranch is a faith based, 501C3 nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of people in our rural area of Missouri.

Bates County Broadcasting opened as a single day-time station on May 11th 1962. Broadcasting from sunrise to sunset 7-days each week. This was the first radio station to broadcast in the Bates County Area. Owned and Operated by Bill Thornton and his brother Jerry Thornton.
In 1975 the FM Frequency was added and the stations simulcast. The FM has a 24 hours license but just broadcast from 6 am until 10 pm.
