LOCAL DRIVER NOMINATED FOR THE NATIONAL AWARD

The National Association of Small Trucking Companies (NASTC) represents over 14,000 trucking companies in the U.S. and Canada that employ over 126,000 drivers collectively.  Each year the association sponsors a driver of the year program to recognize the very best drivers within the group.  Among the drivers nominated for this prestigious honor is David Rankin of Merwin, MO who drives for ROTA LOGISTICS of Butler, MO.

“As a nominee for award, Mr. David Rankin joins a very elite group that represent the very best of our 126,000 drivers,” according to Buster Anderson, Executive Vice President of NASTC

“ROTA Logistics is very proud of their drivers and should be very proud of themselves as well,” Mr. Anderson added.  “It says a lot about a company when they can attract and keep employees of this caliber.”

David Rankin has driven for ROTA Logistics for 2 years and for Double V.V. INC for over 14 years, and has been a professional driver for over 30 years and has driven over 1,000,000 accident free miles.  He currently resides in Merwin, MO with his wife Rachel Rankin who is also a huge support of David’s driving career.  They have dedicated a huge portion of their lives to the trucking industry.
