Lora Hill Named May Employee of the Month at Bates County Memorial Hospital

Bates County Memorial Hospital recognizes Lora Hill as the Employee of the Month for May. Lora is a housekeeper in the Housekeeping Department and has been working for the hospital since 2018.  She is the evening lead housekeeper and the main housekeeper for Surgical Services. Lora is a hard worker who likes to stay busy. She frequently picks up additional work for her colleagues and demonstrates her ability to be a team player. Fellow employees think she is awesome, saying, “She is kind and pleasant to those around her. She is hard working and pays extreme interest to details. She wants everything done right and there are no cleaning shortcuts with Lora. She exhibits professional behavior and understands the idea of being diligent and spotless when it comes to providing services for an important facility such as this.” Lora makes our organization shine in her exemplary behavior and actions and is deserving of this recognition.
