Lucas Oil Speedway has a variety of job opportunities for those wishing to join its team during the 2020 season. Those can be explored during the annual Lucas Oil Speedway Job Fair, on February 29 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at the speedway’s main office.
“We have job openings in various aspects of operations,” Lucas Oil Speedway General Manager Danny Lorton said. “This is an excellent way for area residents to explore being a part of our team and we encourage those interested to come out on Feb. 29.”
Seasonal, part-time position openings are in concessions, the gift shop, bar, pit and ticket offices, along with public security, go-kart track attendants, facility clean-up crews and general labor.
Some positions have age requirements. Experience is preferred for cooks and cashiers in concessions, retail sales workers in the gift shop and bartenders. Experience in law enforcement or security is sought for the public security positions.
Applicants must bring two forms of identification to the Job Fair and at least one must be a photo ID, such as a driver’s license.
