| Propane Supply Update |
| Due to the largest spike in propane demand in 17 years, many of the terminals where we acquire our propane are currently under allocation. This means the terminals are rationing the amount of propane available to retail propane suppliers like MFA Oil. As a result, we are limiting propane deliveries to 150 gallons per customer. We anticipate this will be a short-term situation and we expect supply to return to normal relatively soon. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this massive surge in demand. If you are a will-call customer, please continue to monitor your propane tank’s gauge and call or email your local MFA Oil office when you have less than 25% remaining. If you are a propane customer signed up for our Auto-Fill Program, you do not need to take any action. We will continue to monitor your usage and schedule your deliveries when needed.
