The Midway High School Football Program as well as coach Larry Burchett will be inducted into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 20 in Springfield. All former/current players and coaches in attendance will receive a plaque with their name engraved and also will be introduced by name on stage to get your due recognition. Individual tickets are $50 in advance, but groups that want to sit together – such as a state championship team – are encouraged to get organized and purchase a table of eight for $400. The Hall of Fame can make the table a 9- or 10-top as well. For tickets, call the Hall of Fame’s Kary Booher at 417-241-1551 or booher@mosportshalloffame.com.
