Vaccine supply remains extremely limited. Current demand for the vaccine far outweighs the current supply that the state is allotted by the federal government.
Missouri Governor Mike Parson joined governors across the country today on a call with the National Governors Association and White House officials to discuss the COVID-19 vaccine distribution.
The federal partners are responsible for the state’s total allocation, which remains approximately 76,000 doses per week, and then the state decides where to apportion that allocation among Missouri’s enrolled COVID-19 vaccinators.
Parson is determined to give every Missourian the opportunity to eventually receive a vaccine regardless of where they live.
