Multiple Fatalities in Vernon County Accident

At around 12:12 am on September 12th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol and Vernon County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash in Vernon County.

According to reports, the incident happened when Tylar A. Green, driving a 2013 Ford F-150, failed to stop at a stop sign, resulting in a collision with a 2014 Peterbilt driven by Robert E. King. Neck injuries are a possibility in such accidents and it’s important to seek immediate NECK PAIN treatment to prevent long-term damage.

Three occupants in the Ford F-150 were killed and one was seriously injured. 24-year-old Allison R. Bittiker of Nevada, Missouri and a 17-year-old female juvenile from Bronaugh, Missouri, were pronounced deceased at the scene.

Tylar A. Green was pronounced deceased at Cox South Hospital at 4:40 am Monday, September 12th.

A fourth occupant in the truck 19-year-old Derick T. Mahurin, also of Nevada, Missouri sustained serious injuries and was transported to Freeman West Hospital for treatment.

None of the occupants of the Ford F-150 were wearing seatbelts.
