The Henry County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has charged Casey Graham, 37, of Independence, Missouri, with murder in the second degree.
Assistant Prosecuting Attorney LaChrisha Gray filed the case on behalf of the State of Missouri.
On September 28, 2021, the case was filed and a no bond warrant was soon thereafter issued by Judge Harold Dump.
The charges stem from a report of an individual shot in southeast Henry County on November 10, 2020. The Henry County Sheriff’s Office responded and investigated the incident. The victim, Kenneth Isenberg, was found to have three gunshot wounds, including one to the head. He was pronounced deceased after being transported from the scene by emergency medical personnel.
According to the probable cause statement filed in this case, an altercation occurred between Graham and the victim at the victim’s residence regarding the defendant’s presence at the home. During the altercation it is alleged that Graham shot the victim three times.
The Henry County Sheriff’s Office found Graham at the scene and placed him into custody. Graham was later released pending an investigation.
A completed investigation report was forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office on July 27, 2021. After the full report was provided, Assistant Prosecutor LaChrisha Gray filed the charges.
Graham is currently being held without bond at the Henry County Jail, but is scheduled for a bond hearing in front of Judge Harold Dump on November 5, 2021 at 10:30 AM.
