National Take-back drug day will be held on Saturday, October 26th from 10am – 2pm with a drop off location at the Bates County Health Department, 501 N. Orange Street in Butler, MO.
The national take-back day provides an opportunity for everyone to surrender expired, unwanted or unused controlled substances, as well as other medications that allow local law enforcement agencies to collect unwanted medications and dispose of them.
A drop box is located in the lobby of the Butler Police Station as well and is available 7 days a week for your convenience in dropping off expired or unused medication. You can always contact the Butler Police Department at 660-679-6131 with any questions.
