Papinville Schedule of Events for September 24th

                                    Annual Papinville Picnic—September 24 

     2022 Papinville Picnic plans are as follows:–

                        Activities begin at 1:00 p.m.

Historic Wagon Rides—1:00 and 2:30.  Arrive 30 minutes before departure time. You will learn of the bridge, the town, and its businesses and people. 

 Pie contest—Pies must be registered by 2:30

Activities to enjoy throughout the day will be: live music by Heartfelt band and singers, meet Asenath Barrows, 50-50 drawing, displays by Conservation Department, Jack York, and Diana Rodgers, chalk drawing for the kids, Cakewalk, and other games for both children and Adults.

The auction of pies will begin at 4:00 with the Historic Quilt and other items auctioned at 4:30. 

50-50 drawing held just prior to the meal. 

Meal served at 5:30 for free will offering—Menu will be fish and pork with all the trimmings. 

All who would like, may bring a dessert in a disposable pan or container and let the workers know if you want it on the dessert table or in the cake walk or auction. 

Papinville is happy to announce you will be able to use “B” Highway from Rich Hill to Papinville on September 24, the day of the picnic.

Plan to come and enjoy the entire afternoon.  Bring your lawn chair and enjoy fun, food, and new and renewed friendships.
