The Senior Taxi Service, based out of the Butler Senior Center, will be running as scheduled this week. We are evaluating what service we can provide during this health crisis. We are taking safety precautions for drivers and passengers alike and are urging our patrons to limit unnecessary trips. We will try and transport only one person at a time. We ask that our customers evaluate their health prior to calling. Do you have a low-grade fever or a non-productive cough? These are symptoms you should look for. Our drivers will be evaluated for the same symptoms.
If you have one or both of these symptoms, please call your doctor for instructions before asking for the taxi service. Our goal right now, even though the Butler Senior Center is closed temporarily, is to provide needed transportation to our senior citizens.
