Shooting in WindsorOn Thursday, November 26, 2020 at approximately 11:07 a.m. Deputy Adams was dispatched to the 700 block of South Tebo in Windsor regarding a subject who had been shot. At the scene Deputy Adams found a subject that said he had been shot in the abdomen with what appeared to be a small caliber weapon. The victim and other witnesses were able to identify the suspect and others, who were at the scene when the shot was fired. The victim, Mark Baker, age 49, Windsor was transported by Air Ambulance to a Kansas City hospital. The suspect, along with two other occupants, fled the scene in a black Monte Carlo and remain at large. Sheriff Oberkrom and Cpl. Kubilus assisted at the scene. The investigation is continuing.
