There will be a Firearms Storage and Safety Class on Saturday, October 5th in the Harrisonville Police Department Training Room from 10 -11am.
Project Childsafe is a nationwide program to promote firearms responsibility and provide safety education to all gun owners. You will learn how to talk with children about gun safety and proper gun handling and storage.
Participants will receive a free project childsafe safety kit, including a cable-style gun lock and safety instructions. Please don’t bring personal firearms to this event.
This class is presented by the Harrisonville Police Department and the Cass County Health Department. The Harrisonville Police Department is located at 205 N. Lexington Street, Harrisonville.
