JEFFERSON CITY—Evergy Missouri West, Inc. d/b/a Evergy Missouri West and Osage
Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc. have filed a joint application with the Missouri Public Service
Commission seeking approval of a third addendum to an electric territorial agreement between the
two which designates the boundaries of each electric supplier within portions of Cass County. A
territorial agreement between the two was originally approved by the Commission on September 30,
According to the joint application, the third addendum establishes exclusive service territories
for new structures for the two electric suppliers in Cass County and does not require the transfer of
any facilities or customers.
Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than May 4, 2021,
with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City,
Missouri 65102-0360, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System
(EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov .

Evergy Missouri West provides electric service to approximately 347,400 customers in the

Clinton, Dade, Daviess, DeKalb, Gentry, Grundy, Harrison, Henry, Holt, Jackson, Johnson,
Lafayette, Livingston, Mercer, Nodaway, Pettis, Platte, Ray, St. Clair, Vernon and Worth.
