*Adrian Lanes – Due to the difficulties in maintaining the proper social distancing guidelines during the Phase I reopening of Missouri, Adrian lanes will wait the additional 14 days to open during Phase II. Adrian Lanes will reopen on Tuesday May 19.

*The Butler City Hall lobby will remain closed after the stay at home order has been lifted on May 4th. The Butler City Council will make a decision on May 5th during the City Council meeting about when the lobby will open to the public again. We appreciate everyones understanding during this crises.

*Adrian Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center Facility Update: 4/28 – They want to let everyone know that even though the President and the Governor are opening up the public in phases, the CDC and DHSS guidelines are keeping them closed to visitors until the Phase Three portion of the process has been implemented. They are still asking our staff to minimize their contact with the public. Asking that they use social distancing protocols, continue wearing their masks when in public, and of course continue to adhere to the CDC guidelines for disinfecting. They thank everyone for their understanding.

*Summer’s Pharmacy of Butler will continue to provide drive-thru window service, curb-side pick-up and home delivery in the city limits of Butler. The lobby of Summer’s Pharmacy will remain closed until further notice. Have patience as they wait for the new normal which may last a little longer than expected. Summer’s Pharmacy lobby will remain closed to the public following the May 4th Stay at Home Order being lifted.

*The weekly Community Café will resume in June after the Covid-19 delayed the serving of meals this year. The Community Café of Butler is a service completely made up of volunteers, local groups, churches, and businesses that serve meals every Tuesday evening to families and individuals in Butler. The goal of this service is to break some barriers and bring family and friends together to enjoy a meal and fellowship. If your organization would like to contribute to or prepare a meal and/or volunteer to serve at one of the scheduled churches, contact Holly Rabourn 660-227-9001.

*Grand Re-Opening at Studio M Salon and Boutique in Butler opening , May 5th at 1 PM

*Bates County Health Center – If you are pregnant or have a child under the age of 5 and are needing assistance with food please call and see if you qualify for WIC. 660-679-6108

Bates County Memorial Hospital Outpatient Specialty Clinics: Starting May 4th, in-patient clinic visits will be available for five of the Bates county Memorial Hospital  outpatient specialty clinics: oncology, endocrinology, cardiology, urology, and pain management. Additional measures will be taken to separate patients by physical means as well as appointment timing to promote patient and staff safety; as a result, appointments may be somewhat limited during this phase. Telehealth video visits and phone consults will continue to be an option for some Bates County Memorial patients.

Bates County Memorial Hospital Family Care Clinics: Starting Monday, May 4th, appointments will be available for immunizations, well-baby /child checks, and physicals at the Nursery Street clinic. Taking advantage of timing after the regular deep-cleaning on weekends, these well-visit appointments will be scheduled Mondays between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. for children up to 17 years. Bates
County Memorial Hospital Telehealth services will remain available. Adrian and Rich Hill clinics will remain closed until further notice, and High Street continues to serve as their  clinic for patients with respiratory symptoms.

Bates County Memorial Hospital  will continue safety measures to protect the safety of their  patients, staff and community at the hospital and clinics. This includes a no-visitor policy (with some exceptions), screening at the Bates County Memorial Hospital entrance and clinic registration, and requiring all who enter to wear a mask. Additional re-opening plans will be reported at a later time.
