Rich Hill: McGennis Youth Center to open for public swimming June 26th

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the  Mcgennis Youth Center’s cabins, playground, bathrooms, and shelters have been closed to the public.   The McGennis Youth Center in Rich Hill has  been allowing  the use of the lake and ponds for fishing, but swimming has not been allowed.

With swimming weather here the McGennis Youth Center would like to update you on their status. At this time swimming has been postponed until June 26th  The shelters opened on May 30th  to the public by reservation only.

During this time , McGennis Youth Center has been  renovating their cabins and only have one available for rental.

A reminder from the facility….. remember to  dispose of all trash you may accumulate in a garbage canister on location when you use the facilities at the Center.
