Due to extreme weather conditions, the City of Rich Hill is unable to read meters today. After much deliberation with the Board and Mayor they are going to read meters Monday, February 22nd.
The other option that was discussed was estimating bills; however, after testing a few accounts, estimations were calculating low which would have led to MUCH higher bills in March.
This is going to entail an extra week on your next utility bill that will be due March 15, 2021.
Also, keep in consideration that this is also the bill that new rates will be effective.
