Missouri Highway Patrol responded to a one-car accident on Route V 4 miles south of Hume in Vernon County. Missouri Highway Patrol reported to the scene at 9:45pm on Monday, October 11th.
The accident occurred when a 1994 Dodge 1500 driven by Angela Pooler, 23 of Nevada, ran off the roadway and overturned. Both the driver and the passenger, Bobby West, 31 of Richards Missouri were ejected from the vehicle.
Angela Pooler received serious injuries and was flown to Kansas University Medical Center in Kansas City.
Bobby West sustained moderate injuries and was transported to Nevada Region Hospital
The Dodge was towed from the scene by TCB Towing of Nevada.
