Author Diana Taylor of Butler thanks the community for their donations to assist with the expense of turning her life story and book “ Life Unarmed” into a movie. Over the past few weeks the community has banded together to raise the 4700 dollars needed to pay for the expense of a screenplay. With the help of donated dollars, Diana has the opportunity to turn her book into a movie. Diana Taylor of Butler is the Author of “ Life Unarmed”. Diana was electrocuted as a four-year-old child and tells of her challenges as she has lived her life without an arm and a leg. The book and the movie will complete Diana’s dream of encouraging others with disabilities. Her dream is to be a spokesperson and have a voice for others as they also know the heartbreak of stares, the hurt of being made fun of and the doubt that she could ever raise a child of her own and keep a job. The book and movie will be motivational. The deadline to raise the final $870.00 is August 1st. If you feel led to help this dream become a reality, your donations will be appreciated. Donations may be left or mailed to Community First Bank of Butler. All proceeds over the needed amount will be given to The Carpenter’s Cup Christian Book and Gift Store in Butler. Each donation to this worthy cause is appreciated. Only $870.00 more dollars are needed to make this dream a reality for Diana Taylor and others with disabilities
Screenplay Deadline August 1st for the Book ” Life Unarmed, My Story” by Local Author Diana Taylor. Only $870.00 needed to pay the Screenplay expense.
