Adrian residents might notice a new face in local storefronts this summer. The official mascot of the Adrian Community Library’s summer reading program, Booky, will start making appearances at area businesses from June 1st through August 17th.
Every Wednesday, the librarians will post a clue to our Facebook page as to Booky’s whereabouts. Follow that clue to discover where Booky is every week! Once you locate Booky, take a selfie with him and post your #shark sighting to our FB page in the comments. Don’t forget to tag yourself and the business in your post. (If your parents are posting it for you, add your name to the comment to make sure you get added to the drawings)!
At the end of the summer, we will have prize drawings. Every selfie you post with Booky (#shark sighting), is another entry into the prize drawings!
