The Grill in Ballard will kick off a fundraising event for “ Beverly’s Brigade” this Saturday night. Beverly is fighting colorectal and liver cancer. Beverly is a mother, and the wife of Mike Ward a life long resident of Bates County. All proceeds from the meal, tips from tip night and raffle ticket purchases will go directly to the ward family for medical expenses. B
Dinner will be served from 5-9 pm at the Ballard Grill. Each meal will cost $8.99.
Raffle tickets will be sold for $1.00 each or 5 tickets for $6.00. See the list of items on facebook at

Raffle tickets are for sale at Custom Creations by Harvest Hill today thru Friday 10am – 5pm and Saturday 9-12 and at Studio M Hair Salon, both businesses are located in Butler. You can also purchase tickets during tip night at The Grill in Ballard from 5pm – 9pm. The fundraising committee will also have Hope shirts in stock available for purchase!
