The Bates County Commission has scheduled a special session to gather comments, concerns, and information on a proposed ordinance pertaining to incoming Bates County CAFOs (Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations) on Wednesday evening August 21, 2019 at 6:00 pm in the Commission chambers of the new Bates County Administration Building at 103 W. Dakota Street, Butler, Missouri.
Those wishing to address the Commission MUST register in person in advance at the Bates County Clerk’s Office, located in the Bates County Administration Building by CLOSE OF BUSINESS, Tuesday, August 20, 2019. Those pre-registered to appear on the session agenda will be allowed 2 minutes to present comments, concerns, and information. Anyone NOT on that list will not be heard at this session. No exceptions.
