Two warrants have been issued for the arrest of subjects in the Parker Baptist Church Burglary. Linn County Prosecutor Burton Harding applied for warrants based on the investigation of the burglary. The warrants were filed after a finding of probable cause was determined by the Court.
The warrants are attached. A bond of $50,000.00 cash/surety has been set on the warrants. The suspects in the case are currently in custody in Las Vegas, Nevada on charges not associated with the attached warrants. The Linn County Sheriff’s Office has notified the Clark County Sheriff’s Office of the warrants and holds have been placed on the subjects, Linn County will await the disposition of the charges in Las Vegas, Nevada, and extradition hearings to transport the suspects back to Linn County, Kansas to stand for the burglary charges.
