The Vernon County Sheriff’s Office will hold a CCW Class on Saturday, October 2nd from 8am until 4pm. The CCW class will be held at the Vernon County Sheriff’s Office located at 2040 E Hunter in Nevada Missouri.
If you are interested in attending this class register at www.vernoncosheriff.org/CCWclass. Cost for this class is $75.00 which includes fingerprint and background fee for Vernon County residents only. You do not have to be a Vernon County resident to take this class. Applicants who do not reside in Vernon County will need to obtain fingerprints and background in the county they reside.
Attendees for the Vernon County Sheriff’s CCW class will need to bring eye and ear protection, and a handgun with 50 rounds of ammunition. No firearms or ammunition will be allowed in the classroom. Firearms will be used at 54 Shooters Supply for qualifications after class.
Requirement to attend the Vernon County Sheriff’s CCW class include, attendees may not have any felony convictions, attendees must by at least 19 years of age or old and be a resident of Missouri.
