Wanted Man in Harrisonville Taken into Custody

Update: Bobby has been located and taken into custody without incident. We want to thank everyone who supplied us with information so we could find and take him into custody.


Harrisonville Police Officers were asked to assist the Lee’s Summit Police Department by checking the 1500 block of South King for reported stolen property.

While Officers were checking the area, they contacted Bobby Lammon, a 39-year-old of Harrisonville. It was found Bobby had several active warrants for his arrest. While taking Bobby into custody it was further discovered he had a loaded handgun on his person. It was also learned that Bobby had 4 felony convictions dating back to 2004.

The case was presented to the Cass County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for charges. An arrest warrant was issued, charging Bobby with one count of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, a class D Felony which was given a signature bond by the court.
