Warm Season Cattle Grazing Workshop

MU Extension will provide a Warm Season Grass Cattle Grazing Workshops to educate cattle producers interested in establishment, management and cattle grazing benefits of warm season grasses.

The workshop will be held on January 16th at the Hickory County MU Extension Center, 18715 Cedar Street, Hermitage, Mo.  Workshop will begin at 6:00 p. m. 

Topics and presenters are as follows:

·         Warm Season Grass Development and Management, Terry Halleran, MU Extension Agronomy Field Specialist, Hermitage, Mo. 

·         Cattle Nutrition and Grazing Management on Warm Season Grasses, Patrick Davis, MU Extension Livestock Field Specialist, Stockton, Mo.
