Rising Sun Taekwondo will have a Women’s Self Defense Seminar on Sunday, January 16th. The self defense seminar will begin at 4pm and last until roughly 7pm. The Seminar will be held at Rising Sun Taekwondo located at 111 S Main Street in El Dorado Springs.
The Focus of the Women’s Self Defense Seminar is on specific strategies to empower women in their relationships and in situations that may require self-defense. The first hour will be information based, and the second part is a hands-on training.
Instructors for the seminar will be Jeff Behl and Christian Behl both with black belts in Martial Arts.
This seminar is open to women only, women ages 14 to 17 may attend without an adult but will need a parent’s signature. Young ladies 13 and under must be accompanied by a female parent or guardian.
