If you are an older adult or have an interest in aging issues, then please take a moment to share your opinions with the state.
The Division of Senior and Disability Services (DSDS) is writing the next Missouri State Plan on Aging. An important part of developing the State Plan in Aging is getting input from older adults, adults with disabilities, aging network partners, stakeholders and concerned citizens in regard to the priorities the state should focus on in the State Plan on Aging.
The agency wants your input through a short survey. Two surveys are available, one for Older Adults and Adults with Disabilities and one for Aging Network Partners and Stakeholders.
The surveys can be found at https://health.mo.gov/seniors/state-plan-aging.php. A list of the possible priorities and their definitions can also be located on the site. Please share this link with others to help us plan for the future needs of Older Adults and Adults with Disabilities.
